Brand loyalty – is it affected by chocolate?

As we boarded the plane on my flight to ATL today, there was an attendant handing out valentines chocolates. I think this is an interesting tactic. Not sure I’m in love with Delta but I like them! Or maybe this is to keep me from looking at the American – US Airways merger like a new prospect. Either way I’m on a diet so I won’t be eating the chocolate…. But it’s the thought that counts anyway right? Thanks Delta! Happy Valentines Day everyone.
